Do it your way !
We offer personalisation on all our products. To order, simply choose the type of personalisation from the options provided within each product page and add to cart.
- For Initials only orders, please state your choice of up to 3 alphabets to be monogrammed in 'Add order notes' section after adding the item to the basket.
- For Handwriting engraving orders, please write your message clearly in black ink on a white unlined paper, take a clear/focused photo and attach it as a reply to the order confirmation email you receive or send it to info@kalating.com stating your order number.
If we require any clarification, we will contact you prior to completing the monogram.
- Monogram initials
We use Pristina font or Agency FB font for the monogram. Please find some examples below.
Initials for Handbags will be placed on a leather hangtag.
Initials for Backpacks will be placed on its shoulder strap.
Maximum 3 - 4 letters can be monogrammed as initials on the bag. If you require more number of letters, please contact us and we will confirm if we can accommodate your request.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalised with your initials. Standard warranty terms will apply. Please refer to our warranty terms under Returns & Warranty in the Menu.
